APOSTLE LORENZO ALPHONSO MOORE, Mar Yoseph is a relevant apostolic and prophetic Kingdom leader with a voice for such a time as this. He is a man of much study and prayer with a divine mandate as the “Apostolic Voice of Victory.” His ministry transcends denominational, doctrinal and generational barriers as he delivers life-changing messages with an exciting evangelistic flair, prophetic accuracy and profound revelation that is yet practical enough for immediate life application. Apostle Moore’s commitment to be an ecumenical leader coupled with his more than 25 years of ministry has afforded him the opportunity to also serve as the Dean of the House or Bishops & Apostles within the Christ Centered Covenant Assemblies (CCCA) and as a Fellowship Partner of the Apostolic Covenant Connection (ACC), both headquartered in Gastonia, NC.
A native of Charlotte, NC and the adopted son of Mr. Reginald and Mrs. Clyde Moore, Apostle Moore gave his life to the Lord at the age of 6 years at the Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, under the late Rev. P. C. Pendergrass. The hand of God was evident upon him as he was active in many areas of ministry. At age 16, His hunger and thirst after God took him on a life journey in pursuit of the “greater” and connected with Greater Salem Baptist Church under Bishop Anthony L. Jinwright and soon after was baptized and filled with the Holy Ghost and fire with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. At the age of 17, Apostle Moore graduated from Myers Park High School and continued his education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Within his freshman year, his prophetic ministry became evident. Heeding the call to the Prophetic office, given to him during a 3-night recurring dream, Apostle L. Moore shifted and gave himself to personal study and prayer. By divine providence, numerous Apostolic and Prophetic mentors and spiritual parents crossed his path. He faithfully served God, the church-at-large and these sent ministry gifts; attending intense bible, ministerial, leadership, theological, prophetic and deliverance training classes. This process of development gave him his holistic approach to ministry as God exposed him to various moves and expressions of the Spirit of God within the Body of Christ including but not limited to the Pentecostal, Holiness, Apostolic, Prophetic, Deliverance, Charismatic and Kingdom movements.
A proponent of education, Apostle Moore was conferred a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management with honors (Magna Cum Laude) from Johnson C. Smith University, Charlotte, NC and soon afterwards completed the 3-year rigorous lateral entry program Teacher Residency to serve the marketplace as a licensed elementary school teacher within Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. He is currently pursuing his Master of Educational Leadership as he desires to be an Educational Administrator.
Apostle L. A. Moore finds joy and happiness in sharing life and ministry with his wife, Prophetess Michelle D. Moore since 2007. Together as the “Dunamis Duo” they enjoy seeing God’s people healed, delivered, free and walking in prophetic destiny. He also loves being a father of their blended family, a g-pop, uncle, brother, Godfather, spiritual parent and mentor. Besides ministry, Apostle L. Moore is also is a community activist, a lover of music, fashion, & the performing arts.
